Theatrum
Hip.Bang!’s fourth full length comedy show which debuted at the 2024 Edmonton Fringe Festival.
Set at a high-end theatre festival (think PuSh, Luminato), Theatrum unwinds the world of theatre and unleashes Tom and Devin into a world of hilarious, unhinged characters that layers into a cohesive, delicious whole.
Theatrum is an extension of Hip.Bang!’s decade-plus experimentation with comedy and many many years of international touring as an improv duo. The show playfully dives into the depths of Tom and Devin’s comedic minds and reimagines what is possible with written comedy.
The Edmonton Journal called Hip.Bang!’s work “incredibly innovative comedy” and audiences will not be disappointed at the risk level of this new chapter in the duo’s writing.
