Marie Farsi, Patrick Shannon and Hip.Bang! are proud to share Home at the 2024 Fringe!

There are two steps to attending this show. Step one, buy your tickets:

Step two, fill out the gentle, mandatory survey at least two hours before the show. We can’t do the show without your responses!

Home

Created by Tom and Devin of Hip.Bang! (Surveil, Just For Laughs), Haida storyteller Patrick Shannon (Supernaturals, InnoNative) and director Marie Farsi (Dora Award winner, Best Director), Home invites you into a vision of your own possible future, and the ways your most beloved places could be affected within it.

Before attending the performance, you are invited to fill out an unusually beautiful and welcoming survey. Your answers and the answers of your fellow audience members are then woven in with stories from Haida Gwaii, the Okanagan Valley and here in so-called Vancouver. This personal, mischievous, and resolutely live approach makes each performance of Home unique to the audience it is performed with.

Also at Fringe

Hip.Bang! has two shows at Edmonton Fringe! Their other production, Hip.Bang! presents Theatrum, could hardly be more different from Home, but also showcases why Edmonton Journal described Hip.Bang! as creating “incredible, innovative comedy.” Pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in scripted comedy, Theatrum explored the traditional theatre making world and delivers a laugh-heavy joy fest that must be experienced to be believed. See more about Theatrum here or access the Theatrum press kit here.
